Head around to the right (east) side to find another vampire and an easy-to-pick lock. Deal with the vampire, and then grab the Flower Swords Ball key item. In the main room of the Opera Hall, take a left and follow the balcony to the room to the north. Turn around and look at the ceiling directly over the flower arrangement to see a crystal fragment on the ceiling. Head through the door on the left into the Opera Hall.

The piano hides the way to open the door. To the right, there’s another Iron Insignia Key door, but this one has a note: Cross the hall to the table for handgun ammo and the Grand Chambermaid’s Notice file. At the top, turn right and smash the cabinet for some gunpowder. In the stairwell, grab the Castle Map (Annex) from the corner. Sprint or fight your way to the door on the north side of the Courtyard and use the Dimitrescu Key (while dealing with vampires). If you run into Alcina, do your best to dodge around her.
