If you are real lucky someone will look at you mod list and see the problem - regardless, do the steps up to '- restart game and load the last save' anyways. If it still crashes then there is likely something wrong with your mods - you will need to start disabling and uninstalling mods (starting with the most recent) and backing up to previous saves until the problem disappears.
